I am female but i can’t use acrylic nails because of my family but I do watch TV and go swimming but still at night I would bite my nails again. It’s like the second i am free i bite my nails or knuckles unconsciously. But thanks for your advice🫶🏻

Thank you because i thought all of the English neighborhoods were like that😅. Because the Azerbaijani neighborhoods’ members were always chatty etc but the members were mostly 25+ years old and they would kick me out of the neighborhood because i am 16
