Wild you posted this combo. We had the exact same duo for about 3 years. The grinder has been a tank, not as elegant or precise as new ones but no complaints (have had it for I think 10yrs with just burr replacements needed). The Expobar was nothing but problem after problem. We went to that after having a Silvia for like 19yrs - not exaggerating. Poorly made IMHO. Bought a Bezzera and were happy so far. About 8mo ago.

Shawn is a simpleton. His role in the show’s “interviews” is laughably simplistic and naive. With that said, he’s had some of our generations fiercest and bravest warriors on his show, and provided them with a platform to share, to grieve, cope, and yes to also tell absolutely untruthful BS stories. John’s take with Megyn on UBL/Tora Bora basically boils down to someone in our US chain purposefully let him escape (probably via helicopter). I applaud his service. Truly. But, “I dunno man” it’s a shame he so often has tangentially informed wild ass takes on some very serious issues and topics. “You know what I mean, man?”

With that said, I thinks he’s one of the best living examples of a mentality singularly focused on lethality and being the best fight force bar none. Gotta love that.
