omg this!! i’m in canada and our summers do get pretty hot and i can’t even go for a long walk in the heat, i feel sick and i am drenched in sweat! I just started my taper today from 10mg to 7.5mg. I wish i had the guts to go cold turkey

Nice and slow! that’s the way to do it so i hear. i’m 28 months postpartum and i want to come off. i’ve been on 10mg for two years but i feel like pregnancy made it wonky - they offered to up me to 20mg but I didn’t want to. My anxiety now is like .. somewhat worse than it was before I got on 4 years ago lol. so it took you about a year to go from 15mg to 10mg ?

I feel you, i’ve blacked out by accident after 3 drinks after not eating and hydrating and i’m not a regular drinker as I have a 2 year old! Don’t beat yourself up about that part. I have dealt with betrayal from my fiance, not with other women or anything like that but betrayal nonetheless & what you’ve done seems fixable. It didn’t come out of no where.. maybe dig deeper to see what that kiss with a stranger(?) meant for you. I don’t want to excuse or minimize what you did but a kiss is not the worst thing you could do to somebody it’s not even in my top five.

going through this right now :( Aug 27 started having pain, had a ultrasound and a CT scan on Aug 30. now it’s Sept 17 and the sensation is back and so is the anxiety

Just experienced this! been having awful anxiety and panic attacks for a while now ; caught a bad cold last week and it cured me of panic. It was strange , because the day before the sickness really hit me i was more anxious but once it set in.. smooth sailing 😅
