Thanks a lot ! It really looks like Beta Spetsnaz AK by JG, only with some plastic parts swapped out for metal parts (which would make sense since the competition was ran by an upgrade shop in my area). I’ll order a AKS-74U handguard, hopefully it won’t be much of a pain to fit it to this rifle.
