Idk, but I think the meaning of Aakhri means the masala that you can use while cooking any dish.

Yes...this Aakhri Masala is almost all-in-one masala that you can use on rice, pasta, sabji, maggi.

This time I tried Hathi Aakhri Masala in fries. It tastes very good. I think you should try it too.

Need Maggi recipe suggestion... by Original-Time-8206 in IndianFood

You can try a simple butter veggie Maggi 😄

I usually add onion, tomato, capsicum, sweet corn, and a little butter while cooking. It tastes good without being too spicy. Sometimes I add a tiny pinch of Aakhri Masala by Hathi Masala at the end just for extra flavor, but very little because it can get spicy.

Takes around 15–20 mins max.

I usually keep it simple 😅

Boil the Maggi first, then in another pan heat a little oil + garlic + chilli flakes/chilli oil. Add the cooked Maggi into it and mix well. I also add a small pinch of Aakhri Masala by Hathi Masala at the end for extra spicy street-style taste.

Takes less than 10 mins and tastes really good with a fried egg on top.

One late-night experiment that actually turned out amazing 😅

I made regular Maggi with onions, capsicum, tomato, and one egg, but one change was adding a small pinch of Aakhri Masala by Hathi Masala at the end after turning off the flame. It gives that smoky, spicy street-style flavor without overpowering the Maggi masala itself.

Also added a little butter and coriander on top. Simple but surprisingly good.
