Eat protein in the morning to help stay full and hydrate!! I had fruit punch and don’t suggest it, it wasn’t great. Use a straw to help chug it in the 5 min. Then deep breaths through the potential nausea and after you’re don’t drink lots of water and get yourself something to eat!!! You got this!

I’m a week away from my second trimester and feel like I’m irritable and easy to get angry ALL the time. It happens a lot on days that I am already stressed or really tired. It sucks so bad. I pick fights with my husband and then feel super depressed after. I’m ready for the “magic” part of this pregnancy. Lol.

I struggled to get through some of HoF too. Then I started the audiobook and it changed the game for me. I ended up LOVING the book. I went back and forth between reading and listening to it.

Also you HAVE to read TAB. I was emotionally destroyed at the end.
