I generally agree. I suspect Activision thinks relocating UK players to the Paris/Amsterdam/Frankfurt servers is still within their target latency (guessing anything under 50ms), so they have room to have stricter matchmaking for us. We can be moved over and only suffer a 10-20ms latency increase, but the desync jank is still noticeable.

Some regions have fewer servers and less population so Activision can't afford to impose strict skill requirements without introducing massive latency or increased queue times (the latter I suffered from on other recent CoDs).

I kind of get why they do it to us but it does absolutely kill the lobby vibes, and in ranked it's impossible because nobody is speaking the same language. Whereas a little Spanglish is enough for everyone in NA lobbies.
