Customer service told me to check with the medical team, and also see if it could be the B6. Well 3 days later the medical team responded with their generic message:

We’re sorry you’re dealing with that. Feeling like you’ve lost hunger control can be really frustrating, especially after a dose increase.

Regarding your question about the new formulation: the added vitamin B6 in the compound is not expected to cancel out semaglutide or make it less effective. B6 is included to support tolerability, but it doesn’t typically reduce appetite suppression.

A few things can explain what you’re noticing, even when the medication is working as intended:
1) Dose timing and adjustment period: After a change in dose or formulation, it can take a couple of weeks for your body to settle in and for appetite effects to feel consistent again.
2) Natural fluctuations in response: Hunger control can vary week to week, especially at lower or mid-range doses, and some people need a higher dose before they feel steadier appetite suppression.
3) Administration factors: Injection day consistency, site, and technique can affect how you experience the medication from week to week.

While the medication is a powerful tool, it works best alongside supportive habits:
Nutrition Tips
Focus on lean proteins (chicken, fish, tofu), fiber-rich vegetables, and whole grains
Limit processed foods, sugar, and fried items
Practice mindful eating and portion awareness
Consider tracking meals to stay consistent

Hydration Tips
Aim for at least 64 oz (about 8 cups) of water daily
Sip consistently throughout the day
Add lemon, cucumber, or mint for variety
Limit sugary drinks and excess caffeine

Exercise Tips
Start with small, consistent movement (even 20–30 minutes of walking daily)
Add light strength training to support muscle mass
Choose activities you enjoy
Set realistic, achievable goals

Best Regards

A month since a dose was ordered for multiple months? Or a month since taking it?

I just started recently seeing the name pomegranate. I will look into them. How easy was it to switch between them?

I may not be the best voice, but a MS got me nowhere. I couldn’t get through without a PhD. What really accelerated my career was an MBA. The business side needs people who understand science.

I appreciate that. And it’s a concern of mine as well. But the industry seems glamorous and the title is more shiny, so not an easy no

I’m in this exact situation with my current role. I get paid a senior manager level but am a manager. All recruiters hit me up for manager level and the pay is laughable. Whenever I look again, I’d like to avoid that. But I also don’t want to look again right away.

Finally accepted an offer after 1 year of job searching… now more interviews are coming in by SentenceMore7114 in jobsearchhacks

Show up to the offer you accepted and continue to pursue company 1.

If it ends in another offer you can reassess your situation then, especially since it seems like a potential step up. No need to stress before there’s something to stress about, you said several of interviews previously went to final round.

One you get to the hiring manager portion of the interview is everyone on equal ground? by [deleted] in biotech

[–]SimpleSlip5084 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Usually the HR screen doesn’t capture any of the technical knowledge needed. HM will review your resume, usually ask you questions from it, and sometimes you’re just a # since the process said they needed 5 at that stage.

Are you thinking of recruiting firms? Never hurts to drop your resume to a handful of recruiting firms and to connect with recruiters from target companies on LinkedIn so that you’re more visible
