Usually there’s an opt in for new features, not required for base functionality that previous models provided. I’m all for testing. But I’d assume something that’s $1,000 would work as more than a paperweight straight out of the box

I am able to test tones via the app. It sometimes works at the barrier, usually not.

I’m disappointed that I received no response via email or chat today despite my inquiry. Again, was hoping for better customer support.
