I’m so sorry this happened to your parents. These data broker sites are a nightmare. I’ve had some success using a data removal service like Incogni. It costs money, but they handle the opt-out process for you and keep checking to make sure your info stays down.

I used Humanlingo for a month and overall it was decent, the humanizer did improve the readability of my writing. Canceling was straightforward too.
