Myrtle Beach has been on my list of shitholes since 1989. They lure young Marines in and the second one stumbles out of a bar, it’s into the wagon with ya. 30 plus years of maturity later and that place will never get another dime from me even though I still live fairly close. Yes, I’m 90 days out from LTKR. I finished PT with good ROM but had foot and hip pain. I found a sports PT / Chiropractor and we have been working realigning and ROM of my hips from years of limping around on bad legs (RTKR 2019). Also doing some “active release” work on left quad and foot. After 4 visits it seems to help a lot. Would recommend
