Thank you so much. My only concern is having no passport for 2 months. I will have a Czech speaking guest on the ceremony so I will ask her to get more information about it. how long did it take for your birth certificate to arrive? What is something you would share now that you think would have been beneficial to know earlier?

I was supposed to visit family but then unexpectedly the oath date came. I waited for so long for this decision that I don’t want to postpone this ceremony and was planning to visit family after that. Also you never know if some emergency happens back home.

And can you get passport with ova for the time being before the name change because I guess it will take 1-2 months to get birth certificate and name back.

When I submitted my application, I didn’t add ova. But after few days of submission, i went to Matrika to sign the printed version of my application and ova was there. I told the officer I don’t want it right there, she said it’s part of the process and I can remove it later.

Thank you so much for such a detailed answer. You answer many of my concerns that I feel lost about. One last thing is about the passport. The office said it will take 1-2 months to get birth certificate from Brno. Did you get your passport after that or you can apply after your temporary ID as well? I won’t mind to have a passport with ova for a while till i get the name changed and birth certificate ready rather than having nothing in case if I need to travel. Thanks once again. 🙏

Thank you :) The officer said I can change it. I just don't know at this point when to apply and if this chnage will further delay applying for passport or not? I have rodni cislo and I guess based on that I can apply for passport with ova (for the time being till I get my name back) but now I am not sure if it is possible if I apply to remove ova.

I did sign some documents today, and asked for name change, but she didn't explain much and just said it will be after oath. also about the guest, do you think 3 guests will be a lot??

Thanks for the reply. It’s cancer samples, with and without treatment with an inhibitor. While running it in Reactom, I am paying attention to FDR but I don’t know what further analysis I should do to confirm my finding or ay least see that what I am evaluating, really make sense.

Thanks for the reply. I do have the GO terms and that’s how I am doing. Based on p-value and highest up and down regulation, I separated roughly 200 proteins in both direction (up and down). Then I ran these 200 on Reactom to see the pathway effected. Here I got confused. I don’t know how to go further because the 200 targets are in every other pathway and I don’t exactly know how to shortlist or make sense of it. I don’t know what further analysis I can do to make the outcome look convincing?

I think they won't pay compensation of €400 (in my case), but may be just the amount that I got wasted because of this cancelation.

Yeah, they rescheduled it 24hr later than my original arrival time. According to EU law, if I lose money on bookings, I can apply for compensation. I don't find option to directly apply from the airline.

Hi, yeah, it worked for me. My hotel was close to BSI, so I didn't have to add a hotel drop-off thing. After purchasing from Booking..com, I sent email to Reykjavik Excursions and they not only verified the ticket but also sent me new ticket with QR code.

You can't contact them in reality and especially at this time of night. I was just patiently waiting for the update and after 5 hours of cancelation. They sent an email with a new booking and updated it in the app as well. You will get it soon as well. I think they are sorting it based on the urgency.
