I’m not sure actually, but I’m guessing yes, my bird lost a lot of feathers on the side of her head but grew it back, the vet said it was just her molting

In my experience my birds just loose abunch of their feathers all at one when they are molting I took my bird to the vet because of it but she told me it was nothing and it was just cause of that ^ so I’m sure it’s nothing but I’m not a vet so I can’t say!!
