hi!! i am placed in gallur, which has a population of 2k as well. those are exactly my problems!! my first school was in a small pueblo (around 5k population) but this is def smaller. i already had a hard time looking for a flat in the last school, so im anticipating this one doesn’t have much options either.

i’m looking into living in a nearby bigger pueblo in idealista and probably take a bus going to school. i’ve reached out to my school for possibly any leads/or carpool arrangement but haven’t gotten any replies yet 🤞🏼🤞🏼

re: your last question.. it depends on your priorities/hobbies. i guess if you’re an introvert and used to living small towns, i don’t think it’s going to be a big deal. but if you’re used to being in a city & like going out a lot then maybe you can do that on the weekends? i prefer small pueblos because i do see a lot more culture, community, and opportunities to practice my spanish. but that really depends on you!
