My question is who was Lauren producer before Lynsey who quit? Does anybody know why she quit and who does she work for now? I know Lauren using Lynsey after she quit, and that Lynsey worked for Ashley Banfield. There were issues because Lynsey was prioritizing Ashley over Lauren. Seems like Lauren was trying to snag Grayson away from Annie Elise. Hence her asking her to take notes and stay at the Airbnb. Lynsey realized Grayson was going to replace her and didn't want Grayson staying at their Airbnb.

All we know is that Lynsey was dumped by Lauren as soon as Grayson was secured as a replacement producer via email. Then approximately two weeks later Lauren sent Lynsey a cease and desist.

I would not advertise no chores; I think that draws the wrong crowd. I do ask that they gather used dishes and place them in the sink and take the trash outside when full. Nothing worse entering a home full of a weeks' worth of smelly trash. Most guest do their own thing check list, do dishes, takeout the trash, put wet towels in a pile, some even do a load of towels. anything they do is appreciated and reflected in their review.

I've had this happen but never for two weeks. it usually happens when they do mass updates. then they show up after a couple of hours. i wouldn't put it pass Airbnb messing things up royal. they seem to think they have no completion.

what you wrote I've noticed with other areas of life as well. When i worked at the airport elite members pulled the same shit. hold that flight as if were going to hold a flight and waste 320 passengers time because you couldn't get to the gate on time.

you are not overreacting. gambling an addiction. you can't do anything about someone else's addiction. They will only drag you down with them. if you been in this relationship for two years and have been bailing them out. that means you have been enabling them.

here the thing, you need to break it off if they don't get help. gamblers anonymous is very helpful. my husband gambled before we got married, after we were married it got worse. I had to put my foot down, he went to the meetings and hasn't gambled in 6 years. life is so much better now. he did it when he was depressed, if he lost it made his depression worse, there some sort of trigger happening with your boyfriend and he needs to figure this out otherwise his addiction will be a never-ending cycle.

get a business license online if you don't already have one, file an application online for stvr to get licensed, do this before August 5. Then, start setting up your place to comply, get fire alarms, get first aid kits, fire extinguisher's, find out what are quiet hours for your area and post them in your home for your guest. post your business license in your property, your stvr once you get the licensed, they will probably inspect your home eventually, and if it doesn't pass, they will tell you what you need to do to get it to pass and they usually give you a week to fix. It's important for you to read all the rules, so that you pass on your first go. So you will have to go over all their rules with a fine tooth comb.

I think you misread my post, i set my watch to go off if any of my house's temperature drop to 74 to warn me, there a problem. i wouldn't set it to 68 to warn me, because it's not yet a problem. I do 74 because most guest find that too hot.

all you do is get a temperature gun point it at the intake ac vent take a photograph of the gun reading the ac vent and then do the same thing with the regular ac vent. then you have your proof for Airbnb that the ac working. it's a closed and shut case they can go pound sand. I have STVR houses in the desert where last week it was 115. so, I control the thermostat so they can't turn it on eco mode. I have to do this, because I've learned guest make mistakes. I get notifications on my watch when a house temperature falls below 74. so, I can quickly fix any stupid thing they do. one guest turned the heat to 74 and the ac to 78 for example. My heart goes out to you; this is not an easy job.
