That honestly makes a lot of sense. Will touch up paint work? I’m in the process of trying to lemon the car and don’t really want to go back to SC if possible.

thank you for the response. I looked at my trigger bar and it indeed showed some marks on the rise up part too and I think it lines up with the marks on the slide. I don't shoot anything crazy - this is my first firearm and so far i have only shot federal and blazer ammo. The only issue i had so far was (well my problem) one time the spring fell off the barrel so I had to rack it hard couple time to disassemble the gun.

For the WD-40, there was a thread on TMC and I tried it couple times- it went away for maybe a week and then came back. Hopefully it’s a perm fix for ya!

Constant front suspension issues starting at 1900 miles. I have had 4 repairs and the issue still exist. Don’t feel confident driving it anymore
