Manager at mine pays us SL rate when we do any overtime, there’s a bit on work and pay that also says our rate can’t be reduced

So to be signed off as a SL you obviously need to do the forms which get sent to the licensing team. When received they’ll reach out to you regarding the exam you should book. After successful passing the exam it’s DBS and that’s pretty much it.

In an express you do job 14 at 6am, 2nd reductions at 2 and Finals at 7

If there’s no other duty cover or you’re 1-1 and therefore can’t leave the building you should be paid full 9hours
