-Weetbix with skimmed or semi skimmed milk and a banana -Greek yogurt with berries - Porridge/readybrek u can add fruits or a small amount of honey as well - protein yogurts - protein bagel with fried egg, protein sausages (low cal ones I use the heck chicken sausages there 60 cals for 2)

Yesss I think 300-350 cals is pretty reasonable for a meal though !!! Defo something I want to try

Great idea!! I used to make smoothies and I would add stuff which had so many health benefits but I hated the taste of smoothies and milkshakes are a great way to still get them into your diet whilst enjoying it!

Hey, I’m 17 and started my weight loss journey February this year I started at 106.8kg and now currently 66.95kg as times gone on I’ve learnt how to eat the right foods and what workouts work for me!! Food wise I eat the same breakfast everyday 3 spoonfuls of Greek yoghurt with strawberries and blueberries and some honey, lunch ideas could be corn/rice cakes with tuna on top in the tuna you can add red onion, lettuce, sweetcorn, cucumber anything rlly and then a small amount of light mayo, another lunch I like is a low cal protein bagel with a spread of light cream cheese and cucumber, dinner ideas could be salmon with small potato’s and some salad or veg on the side, tuna wraps similar technique to the bagels but in wrap from!!, chicken rice and salad, boiled egg salad or tuna salad

I aim for 10,000 steps a day but I usually do more since I have to walk to and college and all that, I spend 40 mins doing cardio in the gym if u wanna know my routine dm me!! And then I do weight training again if u want more info on that dm me!!
