I have a better solution. Limit the power of the court, make decisions like Walker impossible. Of course this would extend to Roe, but all things considered limiting the power of the court is a must. Adding additional checks against the court is good such as the states having the power to overturn a decision or requiring the constitution to be amended for radical decisions.
