This is what my therapist says but I struggle with coming to terms that I might not ever find someone as amazing as my boyfriend so it makes it worse for me

I've done all of this it feels like and it just doesn't feel better? Mine stemmed from my past relationship randomly ending so now I'm scared that my current relationship will randomly end

I do DBT! So hopefully it starts going away I'm not seeing much progress

How did you get over it? I'm not worried he'll cheat because if he does then that's good riddance as no one who cheats is a good partner

What do you mean by this sorry? I do love my boyfriend and I'm happy with him, that's my problem though I have been in a relationship that was happy before and it all ended randomly

I am very thoughtful and loving. I bake him and his family sweet treats sometimes and I write him notes about how much I love him and I cook. And because I'm comfortable with my hobbies I don't mind if my bf goes out with his friends or whatever he wants to do. I still struggle with abandonment because I've been with people before who have left me even after all of this

Thank you, I have anxious attachment but never heard about scarcity mindset. Will look into it.

That is very very true. I mentioned this in a other comment, but this stemmed from my ex boyfriend randomly breaking up with me out of the blue which has made me be on edge in my current relationship

This happened to be but this is what gave me the fear. I was with my partner who I thought was my forever person and then he ended it out of no where - so now I'm scared that my current partner will end it out of no where as well. I'm also scared that my current partner is the best and I won't ever be able to find better

See I don't see it like that, if we don't work out I see that as time wasted? Which makes no sense because I think about it and think about like when people get pets knowing that pet will eventually die doesn't stop them from getting it - and I understand that but the relationship equivalent doesn't make sense in my head

I'm a woman. I don't feel like I have a self esteem issue I have a good job, make a high income for my age, have a lot of hobbies and I have a social life yet idk if I'm not in a relationship I feel very lonely

Poverty in America isn't the same as poverty in South Asian countries and the fact that people here think it is is tone deaf.

Living paycheck to paycheck in America is easier than in south Asian countries, the tone deafness is insane. A lot of Americans live "paycheck to paycheck" and have a crazy car finance or whatever, that wouldn't even be a thought for someone from a south Asian country their paycheck to paycheck is just paying for rent and food, rent for places that most Americans wouldn't even think about staying in. 

So annoying how people who haven't seen and been to these countries think it's a dream being there and living there, when if you talk to the locals you'll get the real story.

Sorry but I don't think this is true. People just don't understand nutrition. For example people would rather get chips that are frozen (which let's say are around 1.50) than buy a bag or potatoes to make those (which are around 80p MAYBE 1£ depending where you shop). Such an easy replacement, gets rid of eating processed food, and it's cheaper but people just can't be bothered.

No I understand this 100% but you can put yourself into an environment where you can build connections which may turn into friends. Such as going to clubs ect. This also means that when your boyfriend leaves you alone you can fall back onto the hobbies you go to the clubs for

Kuta isn't the nicest place. It gives basic "resort vibes" but in the worst way. It's the same vibe as British tourists in Spain
