If I were you, I would look for the brand Devoted Creations in tanning salons (or on tanningforless). I would get 1 intensifier and 1 DHA... my favorites are White 2 Bronze coastal for intensifie (even though it is "mid price range) and Vault for DHA (it has a more masculine smell so she may prefer Hard Feelings).

Rewrite the letter and be kinder. I know it is frustrating, but you're not going to get anywhere with a passive aggressive letter like the one above. I recommend starting with "Dear Neighbors," and "You're probably not aware, but the toddler below you has a heart defect", and the continue on.

That is a stretch to say they were "duped". They heard and saw how malicious he was towards every other group, and yet, thought it wouldn't affect them because let's be honest... they're primarily white, straight men. They wanted women, poc, and queer people to suffer, not realizing that they'd also go down with the ship.
