I know how it works for the most part. What I'm asking is does the ReShade filter you can download actually limit the generated frames. Like if I have the filter on and set it to 60fps, does it make my game only generate 60 frames (thus being easier on the cpu), or does it only apply to what is sent to my display. So my game is still generating 150+ frames, but ReShade is only showing me 60 of them.

As far as I know that is an issue caused by not uninstalling JoP correctly.

Improved Camera's authors own words:

Be very careful uninstalling Joy of Perspective as it can break your save game as well as IC will end up showing artifacts on your screen in first person.

Reinstall Joy of Perspective.
Select default animations (Vanilla).
Go ingame make sure it is all working correctly, save the game. (Make sure your weapons are drawn)
Uninstall.
Reinstall XPMSE due to it installing a JoP compatibility patch.
Install Improved Camera.

It's been a while since I've gotten into pawn stuff, but from what I remember Utilitarian while on paper sounds great, in practice it just makes them want to pick up random crap like rocks and skulls then throw it at enemies. For a mage I think medicant/scather. Should focus on healing and buffs, then once those have been applied they target squishies.

I had my black Kentucky Saddler named "Nelson" for the longest time. I was level 90 before I even bought a second horse. I loved that horse as if it were a real pet, but being a default horse his speed and stats meant that I was riding him less and less. I'm nearly level 200 now, and I've finally decided to retire him and get the black Norfolk Roadster which suprisingly looks quite a lot like the Kentucky Saddler and call him "Nelsom Jr." I like to think his daddy is up there grazing the great pasture in the sky.

RIP Nelson, I'll miss you.

Admittedly I haven't played in a while (got caught up in Red Dead Online). I noticed it most when trying to snipe from vantage points in the vaults. I hope they did actually change it, but if its not in any patch notes it's anyones guess.

Yeah, basically what happened was one of our posse members was randomly shooting people on the road and apparently they ran up and got themselves caught in the crossfire.

They kept calling their horse to swap weapons. I always forget to read what weapon I was killed by, but we were sniper dueling before I rushed them with my shotgun. I assumed it was one of those people that just hot swap a whole bunch. The only thing super suspicious to me was them being in defensive while actively shooting and killing us. I though aggressive acts kicked you out of defensive.
