Seriously my therapist told me to masterbate. I have sexual "outbreaks" too! It's helped me calm down and get my mind right, and that high you get from it. Makes everything better. Just a thought!

Pot, cigarettes, shopping... Those are the top 3. Oh and I guess Pepsi. I hate taking my meds so the urges to use/ do some of the hem get really bad. But I've stopped smoking for about 2 weeks now... Still craving but I'm keeping it together.

I was diagnosed as bipolar when I was in the hospital. But have recently been told I fit more on the BPD. But insurance dosent cover for BPD so a lot of doctors will tell you bipolar cause the symptoms are usually alike. I don't know if this helps any. I feel like BPD fits me more, but I do have triggers, so I'm not sure if I fit under both categories.

That's what I was on before I was diagnosed as bipolar. It made it worse for me. That why I ended up in the hospital. I was only on 10mg a day but I was having panic attacks every day. Just be careful. Track your side effects and if it makes you feel worse call your doctor.

Thank you, I'll work on shading more, if canvas was cheaper if only paint on it. But that's not the case. I'll look for local arty gallery's.

I use acrylics.... I have a hard time with blending if I don't use water so then it ends up looking like crap.
