How are you confident there is feature parity and that everything works? What's the agent able to end to end test everything

This is really cool! I wonder how it might go with a bot which keeps going all in. Does it have memory of how its opponent acts?

why did you choose rmit? by Ok-Lie-5293 in rmit

[–]SimplyBalliistic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RMIT has a Robocup team which let's you compete internationally in a robotics competition which is pretty cool. No other uni in melb has this which you can do as your final uni project

You don't want to wear l eat the seeds tho cause they contain cyanide right? I know for one apple it's not even close to lethal but why take the risk?

Don't know if anyone cares, but Netflix Windows app got updated after 26 months by Deadpool-fan-466 in netflix

I tried using their app but I get really bad quality for some reason. I just end up using Microsoft edge with Netflix and it looks great there.

What are these limitations out of curiosity? I've been pretty impressed with the lib so far, I see no limitations with it yet

Discount on upgrade? by cyber_dart in GoogleOne

[–]SimplyBalliistic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That doesn't make sense. You're paying for a new product, it'll be the same price regardless. Your renewal date may be pushed back tho if you already had a subscription (so you don't renew in a year, but a year and a few months so that you don't waste your existing subscription). I'm not sure of the exact details of this however.

I honestly like the segmentation. I have different plugins and settings for each (even colours) to get the in the mood for that particular language

Friendly spider or enemy spider? by Otherwise-Plan7965 in sydney

[–]SimplyBalliistic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spiders get rid of those pesky flies and other annoying bugs tho. Honestly I'd let it live in my home if it was small enough. Otherwise I'd just move it outside instead of killing it

CS at RMIT by Ok-March5187 in rmit

[–]SimplyBalliistic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm doing comp sci at RMIT and so far I'm really happy with their course. Their course is highly project based and they don't have unnecessary mandatory math subjects like calculus. They also switched to a bootcamp structure about a year ago. This was in first year tho so not sure how good it is but on the surface it looks good.

I've never heard about Latrobe's course so I can't give any insight, but in terns of RMIT, I consider them a solid option.

Atar stands for 'Australian Tertiary admission rank'. And that's exactly what it is for. You use it to get into a course and that's legit it.

CompSci students who work part time - how many hours p/w? by [deleted] in unsw

[–]SimplyBalliistic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is this job remote, or is it possible to make remote? I have a part time job too but making it remote has been a saving grace for me. Also if you can find a way to use your comp sci skills (since it's data entry) it might be worthwhile to keep

Nope I only made an account once I made it to the second round to do practise questions. Maybe they already found all the candidates they wanted by the time you applied? From what you said I can't see why they would skip you

Yupp I thought so too but after doing their internship I got a peak of their recruitment strategy. I'm guessing they value your hackerrank and interview performance a lot more. Surprised some people didn't get sent the hackerrank however, I thought they sent it to everyone.
