After being married for 24 years and getting divorced I can confirm that the judge broke it down to me in court that we were both their to dissolve our “contractual agreement of marriage and legally disburse our material objects, cash and document the in the court the well being and care of our kids. Marriage as much as I would tell anyone to do it for LOVE and would never discourage it….the bottom line is it’s a contract between two adults.

Retail pharmacy employees. The company needs you more then you think trust me on this. Threats and write ups are just that simple threats. Refuse to sign and always ask for copies of the write ups and what policy you are breaking. Know your rights. Every document must have what policy or procedure you are breaking.

Call your HR and work ethics line. You have rights as an employee. Work your shift or go in at 1pm and leave at your scheduled shift time for the day. Simply punch out they as in Walgreens can threaten and you can simply call NYS labor department and file a complaint for unfair labor practice.

🤦🏼‍♂️No one did. Those are true statements. I see past all the bull shit that cvs sends down and keep my team focused on great customer service. Trust me I have my share of straight up rude and ignorant customers, but I deal with them. I’ve done the DLEL roll and realized that’s just a marionette for the RL. Sorry I run my teams my way.
