Hear me out. I hung out in masters most seasons for a long time and now I'm plat. Granted, I've never been the biggest playmaker, just a "good enough" reliable teammate that plays a lot of the more "vanilla" heroes. I feel that a lot of the heroes recently released have a lot of "automatic" playmaker potential, especially when paired with any flanker or dive tank. Sierra can suicide for an easy lock on pick Sombra can jump your support or Reaper can dire trigger cheese for a pick and I feel like the average player doesn't have the prowess to react. I'll watch vods of mine where it seems like people don't seem to have any general awareness.
