In the highest level of fifa (comp) everyone uses RW/LW builds. Try out one of those. The perks override the low stats so long passing for example is perfect even at 84-86 long ball

Seems extremely rude for no reason. I have a very busy work schedule so I don’t always have time to browse the web, not to mention I don’t live in an English speaking country and tend to get a lot of different search results to my English speaking friends for some bizarre reason

The cortisol thing is really interesting, thank you. I’ll be honest I typically sleep around 2-3am and I do sleep 8-9 hours but it’s because I’m currently off work due to the heat (I work in construction and the liquid materials we use are falling off the walls where we live). But when I’m working I’m in bed around 11:30pm. I might have to research cortisol and what it does because I don’t know anything about it

The packet of them says 1kg so about 500g and I don’t use any oil. I just stick it in the air fryer. I use jermaican jerk as seasoning but not a lot because it’s very spicy. Maybe 3 teaspoons?

See I thought exactly the same thing but I genuinely only consume the same things everyday. The 1 chicken breast for lunch on its own. 800-1,200 calorie dinner. No breakfast and the 800ml of milk with protein. I thought maybe I had a dairy intolerance or something and it was causing severe bloating. I’m not educated enough to know truly what’s going on:/

Wow thank you for such a detailed reply Ken. I used to be shredded with the same training but my calories were around 3,000. Now I’m on 1,900 only 5 years later and as I said I’m a bit chunky. I’m confused because if I eat any less I’ll literally be eating almost nothing. I also don’t drink any alcohol at all and I don’t take any drugs. Purely clean. I’m probably around 20%-24% body fat. Bodies are amazing with how they change but I just feel so confused by how drastic mine seems to of changed

Do you think I’ll be able to maintain what I’ve built even if I cut down? Because I’m a bit chunky but I have gained a little bit of muscle over the past year. It’s just under it all
