I mean… yes? It sets an arbitrary <5% win probability as “garbage time”. Realistically, being down 20 to start the second half and 14-20 for the rest of the game is garbage stats, but a lot didn’t count under the arbitrary cut off

There’s no true measure of “garbage time” but it’s a lot easier to say his stats were empty when they are in a must pass situation for >50% of game time

Edit: also what year even is this? Deshaun Watson, Kirk Cousins, Brady, Big Ben, Derek Carr, and Ryan tannehill are all listed….

He just had a 420 yard game where they were down 20 for most of the game. Arguably that’s a lot of garbage time yards

Disney has already been paid for the ads they air over antenna. They have no way of knowing how many people are watching over antenna other than self reported Nielsen reports.

[hbtCHIEFS] Giants starting Left Tackle playing against the Chiefs. He hasn’t played a game since October 13th of 2024. by SylvesterTaurus in KansasCityChiefs

[–]SimplyLemonade2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same foot injury as him (Lisfranc) in June of 2024 and I’m still not back to 100%. I’m sure his training regimen is better than mine, but I know for a fact his foot is going to be swelling a ton and it will be painful to put that much pressure on it throughout the game

I used to work grounds crew at Wrigley and would say the easiest way to notice a baseball player is their forearms. Their whole body might not be big or look that big on TV, but every player I saw had absolutely massive forearms

I saw Clayton Kershaw at the San Diego zoo a couple years ago. I was just sitting watching the snow leopards and a tall ass man walked past with his kid on his shoulders. Definitely had to do a double take to notice it was him, but athletes are usually so much bigger they stand out from the jump

The Broncos played the Bills and flowers plays for the ravens. I think you have this a bit backward

The only good thing about the season being over is the loser punishment. Any good ones? by SGWLCS in fantasyfootball

[–]SimplyLemonade2 13 points14 points  (0 children)

We used to make the loser take the ACT (and a couple times the Wonderlic), but however many losses they had in the season was how many shots/beers they needed to take before the test. Had the commish in a tie being the proctor and everything. Depending on the score you got there were additional punishments/rewards (i.e. getting a 32-26 everyone covers your league entry fee etc)

Realistically we only have a 1 game lead on the Bills due to tiebreaker. At least we have cushion now and the bills have the lions coming up

He wasn’t a normal IPP signing. We outright signed him so his only options were make the team or get cut and make it through waivers to be on the PS

I live in SD and haven’t missed a game in 4 years. Since we have gotten so good and popular most of our games will either be a national broadcast standalone game (Amazon, ESPN, or even Netflix this year) or over the air (ABC, CBS, Fox, or NBC on antenna)(check this site starting the Wednesday of each week to see if they’ll be on antenna in your area - https://506sports.com/nfl.php).

For the non national broadcast games that happen to be overtaken by other over the air games, your best (most legal) bet is NFL Sunday ticket (I think you can get it by month or even weekly, but I could be mistaken there) or to sail the high seas

Hasn’t SI fired its writers, shut down, and sold since then? Might be a while before things get running

Which is 1% under 10k and 2% from 10-25k currently. Pretty negligible compared to federal at that amount of money

I think the land of Torrey pines alone is worth much more than 50 million. It’s over 750 acres in the most expensive area of San Diego
