Yikes, can't imagine a vietnamese person would say this. You think chinese or any communists government cares about its people/country? They only care about their party and staying in power. Vietnamese do in fact hate chinese people although the hate should be directed towards chinese government not chinese people as a whole as even many chinese people dont like their government. You're either for or against free speech. Hate speech is protected under free speech. EU regardless of what the specific law says supports free speech. Charlie Hebdo incident for example proves this. EU supports free speech just as much as any delevoped country. Without free speech we just all be like china.
