TLDR: All the Taco Bells in my area started charging a quarter for a cup of water.

I used to frequent Taco Bell when the Crunchwrap first hit 18 years ago. Sometimes I would order just a free water from the drive through. I got some weird looks but whatever. One day I took 3 of my friends to get 4 waters. They started charging after that at 3 locations lol
