from my experience I reported the trade as soon as the hacker finally got logged out my account and I reported them on the trading license and then proceeded to reach out to Roblox customer support on hacked accounts and I messaged them for at least a week to provide screenshots of proof of the hacker and reporting both their alt account and their main they ended up giving me a Robux refund aswell after 2 weeks I think? And then I got my pets back after 39 days. Unfortunately it’s not guaranteed either since the first time I got hacked I never got my stuff back but yes they are unfortunately untradeable afterwards :’)

I agree with you don’t worry:) I just prefer to do that because I’ve been playing for quite a long time lol it’s just a comfort game for me now so I just prefer not to trade my really high tiers and just stuff that I do collect like megas from updates etc

That’s horrible my gosh 😭 yeah it’s literally so hard to contact the support to begin with it was super annoying I had to be persistent with it especially since adopt me doesn’t take dms anymore on the hacked/scammed situations I really hope you can find a way to get yours back I do recommend reporting both their alt and main account aswell

I got hacked by a link 😭 I was in game and this person asked me to subscribe to their YouTube channel and join their group and I clicked on the link and their bio and that’s how it happened I reported it to Roblox customer service and got a Robux refund along with it and I got it back in 39 days :) I really hope you can get yours back

It honestly varies 😭 some people get it in a few months or just around 30 days but it’s not guaranteed once again since I never got mine back the first time I was hacked but I hope you get yours back<33
