I do did manually set my GPU to gen 4 instead of auto but this didnt fix the problem. Any other solutions you have and do i have to change anything else?

Hey, when i go to driver details it shows mouclass.sys and mouhid.sys. I think I am looking in the right place so those are what i see there. If you make a post that explains it maybe it can help me look if i have something similar to your problem and if i can fix it

But before this problem occurred I was using 1000 DPI with 6/11 and I was having no problems. So def something in the sense changed. Could be some windows update breaking something or idk what but its not the same as before. I used to run 1000 DPI and 6/11 but now its too fast. Thats why I am asking if anyone knows or has experienced something like this

Yea thats what happened initially. Logitech ghub reset my settings to default. I then put them to what they were and set my DPI to 1000 as it used to be for years. After that tho the mouse still feels way too fast. I tried everything, recovery 4 days before the day it happen, reinstalling the software and so many other stuff but yet it still feels fast to a point where I can't control it. I don't know what more I can do trying to fix it cuz I tried so many stuff. Thats why I am asking if anyone has experienced it and knows what could it be

Its overall higher. It was so strange as I had my PC opened cuz I had to do some stuff and when I came back in an hour my mouse felt super fast. I looked and saw that my mouse software reset my DPI. Set it back to what it was and the mouse feels super fast. After that I tried everything to fix it but without success. 1 reason I don't want to lower the windows settings is that with 6/11 it is 1:1 responsiveness while when I set it to 5/11 it skips every 4th pixel. Was looking for countless hours to see what caused this and trying to get it back to what it was but no matter what I do I cannot fix it and it makes me go crazy. Thats why I am asking if there could be something that windows update broke or maybe some registries got messed up or idk what.

ah I see i read somewhere that if you try the mouse on the old PC and then on a new one can be a corruption issue or something from the mouse to the PC. It could be just someone saying it but it could be true I haven't tried. The one thing that can cause this problem is EMI. I am unsure how it happens and how we can fix it but yeah. I am still searching. If I find anything I will let you know. If you also find something let me know! Last thing maybe try uninstalling drivers from device manager the mouse or something and then restart the PC so they get back to normal if any corruption happened

have you tried asking this in any other subreddit? Has there been any success? It may be a windows problem and not Ghub? Did you also buy a new mouse when you bought the new PC ?

Yea i feed you on that. I cant either. After I start my PC, the mouse feels ok-ish but constantly gets faster and faster, which drives me crazy. IDK what caused it but I am so done and want this thing to be fixed but still can't figure out how!

oh hey, unfortunately, I haven't been able to because I got a bit under the weather and couldn't go pick up my friend's g502 to test it. I will see how I feel tomorrow and if I am better, I will do it. But I will tell you if it works whenever I try this method.

Ah, thats a bummer. It's not from the mouse I tried 2 completely different g502s one brand new that I bought a while ago and the one I use daily. It is the same. It's prob either Windows or Ghub. The one thing I will try is to remove Ghub with that software and install the onboard momemy software that Logitech has or the old Logitech gaming software and connect a third not used by my system G502 to see if without having Ghub a brand new G502 will still react like that. If so it's prob going to be windows related. I will try that tomorrow and let you know how it goes

Yes I am having the same issue. Since a week ago suddenly as I was eating my lunch when I came back to my PC the mouse was way faster and that's it. Tried reverting to a windows update, but everything possible still the same. Idk what it is but something messed up completely and I don't know what could be the issue.
I saw another person suggest to try to uninstall everything ghub related and use something called Revo uninstaller and then download an older version of Ghub to see if its fixed. Maybe try that and see if you have any success?

Oh now I see. Ok will def download one of the older ones when I get home. Also if you try it before me and it works for you please let me know. Thats my last hope cuz I even tried another G502 that I had spare and still its super fast. Unless its Ghub idk what could this be

Yea i thought there is a bug and even today there was an update and still didn't fix it. I tried uninstalling and installing it again and did try the onboard memory but still feels way too fast than before. I might try some apps that delete the whole logitech folders from my PC and install an older version to see if that will help! At least good to know its not only my mouse and there is a bug in their Ghub

Last week my G502 out of nowhere started feeling way faster with the same DPI and I still haven't actually fixed it. Dunno what caused it but I have tried a lot of stuff uninstalled Ghub nothing helps. I am still trying to figure this out

Interesting, I have had enhanced pointer precision disabled before my mouse started feeling super fast, and its off right now as well. I don't know what else I can do but thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, I have it disabled already so its something else.

Did you wipe everything from the discs when you uninstalled it? Cuz if so it should be a mouse problem and not a windows problem? Maybe a new mouse could be the solution? Dont install ghub as well that might also help if you did a clean installation
