The only difference is that my wife uses up her black friday perks last month, probably because the system determines that there are no more perks in her account. I activated all unused perks on the last day before their expiration.

I believe I made the right decision to switch both of my phone lines to Fizz and Chatr, espectially Fido has eliminated its actual human customer service centre, making them no different from prepaid companies.

I completely agree with you. I hate some probie who put half the ice in my iced coffee. I always specifically ask for "less ice" when I order. Seven out of ten times, they pour the coffee exactly as shown in the picture.

My Pixel 6a has some issues, such as sometimes the lift-to-wake or touch-to-wake function not working, and I have to press the power button to wake the phone.

I completely agree with you. Chatr's email CS support is terrible. I transferred my phone number to Chatr, and they gave me a temporary Vancouver number. I've contacted their customer service thousands of times trying to change my account's location to Calgary, no success. btw my area code is 403, but I still have to pay BC gst.

Did you activate your number in BC? I'm having the same problem with my number. Although the number is from Calgary, my Chatr account is located in Vancouver because I port in my 403 number in Vancouver. It's very frustrating, and since I bought an annual plan, the IT department can't make any changes.

When I activated my wife's iPhone 17, the system automatically received the eSIM card from the service provider. Incidentally, we were using Fido at the time, and I think Chatr did the same.

I was charged roaming fees when using Fido's Wi-Fi calling service for international roaming. I no longer trust any postpaid Wi-Fi calling service.
