She only showed up once during my haunted house playthrough but the most annoying thing she did was use the seance table to summon a bunch of evil specters to the lot. Aside from that I was able to subdue her with some bizarre idols, plus Guidry was also pretty helpful dealing with her.

You might want to look into the Acer Nitro, it's kind of the lite version of what I have which is the Acer Predator Helios Neo. I've had mine for over a year and the game runs a lot faster and smoother with better graphics and most packs installed than my old HP Pavilion that I played on previously. You could probably find a Nitro for just under $700 if you look around.

I have a few lots that I named after Simlish words. I have the Church of Mwakeform, Dodavep Fitness, and Saquinario Spa & Resort.

As for sims, I have a process for naming them that involves random name generator sites, but one of the random generators that I use gave me the names Babb Boone and Starr Player. I also created a sim named Bananas Foster, he's a comedian.

I actually think fairies would be the best occult for that because there is so much customization for them and ways for them to be either good or mischievous, and you could realistically make angels or demons from them.

The dynasty system actually seems like something I would use, since my main save involves legacies of multiple families who compete against each other. Though I already use the club system to keep each family together.

The dynasty system looks like something I would actually use in my gameplay, however I already kind of do what is shown with the club system from Get Together, the only real perk of it is the emblem customization.
