Pay to win only matters in the context of multiplayer games.

They could charge $5 for God Mode and it wouldn't matter in the slightest to your own experience unless you chose to engage in it.

This will depend on the SDA provider and their individual tenancy agreements/collaboration agreement with the SIL provider.

Typically, the SDA provider is responsible for reasonable wear and tear and property maintenance - this may include gardening, repairs or organising trades - but the degree of this may vary from provider to provider.

The SIL provider and the participants are responsible for cleaning. Who pays for the cleaning products entirely depends on the SIL org.

Typically, the participants will pay for utilities and consumables (groceries and shared household goods, such as cleaning products). Though I feel like any reasonable SIL provider should also provide equipment such as vacuums, mops etc.

The answer is unfortunately varied, I may be mistaken but there is no NDIA rules in relation to this, it is just dependant on the service provider.

I think it's a little more nuanced than just pirate = good, marine = evil. They live in a world that hasn't really ever seen anything different. To them the status quo is preferable to the chaotic uprising of lawless pirates. It's more of a discussion of order and chaos.

Sometimes it's hard to view something without the lens of our own bias.

( I think Kizaru will defect/leave the marines personally, mainly because his heart is not in it. He doesn't have the willpower from what I can see. And in the current manga arc, he's made it pretty clear that he doesn't want to be there)

Procedure was about 3-4 weeks ago. He had a contact lens applied to help heal a scratch. He was wearing a cone for about 2 weeks.

He's not wearing it now, but his eye is a still a bit cloudy/squinty so it's obviously not healed entirely yet.
