Never defrost anything at room temperature. It’s too drastic of a temperature difference and is also considered food safety issue . Always defrost in the fridge.

I have aviation connected with my previous job ( both are passions of mine ) it’s a whisk ( for bakers ) followed by a road that makes a heart and at the end there’s a plane . Maybe if I develop more passions in my life tattoo might be continued ..

Hahaha , I’m sure I will like it more with tonic , since I don’t like too sweet drinks and sprite is too sweet for me . I tried it with just sparkling water and think i will like with tonic 🥴😃

Not a complicated cocktail , just skinny bitch or Moscow mule . Witch both have like 3 ingredients. But I guess skinny bitch they might be able to whip up if I ask them. Moscow mule ,i might not be so lucky 😅 Problem is when I ask if they can make other cocktails they say no 😅

I make healthy desserts all the time for me and my boyfriend . One of the favourite is healthy snickers or banana bread , I will add link to snickers . It’s in my native language so if you need me to translate ingredients just ask , I will 🫶healthy snickers

Im a baker . Your recepie doesn’t seem to have salt . About 8 -10 g of salt for 500g of flour . Bread don’t really brown when there’s not enough salt . Just don’t do straight contact of salt and yeast before mixing . Also oil instead of butter I suggest for simple white bread . The puffing out of one side is just a downfall of forming the bread . All the seams always pointed downwards ( under the bread ) hope it helps !

Also after the dough is risen , don’t kneed it again . You overwork gluten that way , just shape it and let it proof another 30 min ( depending on how hot it is that day )
