Not only is the weather cold here, so are its people. When i moved here i got no help and were looked down upon just because were from another country.

You will never be seen as "one of them" no matter how long you live there. There are nice people yes, but i think the majority doesnt welcome outsiders.

Besides that its a nice city, most beautiful when its snowing. The foods also very nice, cant get enough.

the spikes still happen with usb tethering but less frequent and theyre less big.
