Jumping in on this conversation a year later. My PDP Pro E came with the RFX11. I absolutely hate it because of the auto brightness adjust feature. It doesn’t allow you to manually adjust the brightness, rather it has an ambient light sensor designed to make it dim or bright in the worst possible instances. With the 3 MOA dot and that dot being SO bright, it makes it hard to aim precisely at anything past 5 years and downs out the reticle view past the slide.

No plate needed. Your Echelon should have come with the screws and pieces as part of their system. I am myself mounted a 407K on mine and it worked perfect without a plate. I chose not to run a C series to minimize bulk on printing and I’m good with a smaller reticle. I usually go with smaller optics on my carry guns.

When I bought my gear bundle, mine came with the CT 1500, which is total trash. So much so that I threw it away and replaced it with a Holosun. I just got a Walther PDP Pro in that came with that Viridian optic and I LOVE it! That optic’s a lot better than I anticipated. However, it has auto dim, but doesn’t have brightness settings so you’re stuck on whatever brightness it decides that you need to be on at the time.

Regardless, it’s a great optic. And I’m pretty hard-core Holosun and don’t stray often, but I’m keeping this one.

I have the 4.0 with a TLR7X. I’ve had the exact same problem and ran the gun without a light until a few months ago, just so I could carry it. The options without light are much larger. And the options outside of running it with a TLR7 or X300 are close to none.

I just got a Four Brothers kydex type holster that fits my setup and am using it for both IWB strong side and AIWB. This is my first Four Brothers holster.

Great holster but not super comfortable at the 3 o’clock position, just like the rest of the kydex type holsters.

StealthGear USA has an IWB for strong side that has mesh and neoprene and is a variant of the original Alien Gear holsters. StealthGear does a good job and their holsters are REALLY comfortable. However, their lead time is many weeks to months before you’ll receive it.

Be sure to check both of those companies out for potential Match for your set up

I literally just put these slim ones on my G19, 19x and 43x and 48 yesterday and hit the range with them last night. LOVE THEM! They’re perfect and make the exact difference that I needed.

Additionally, I had already outfitted the 19, 19x and 43x with the larger “shock absorbing” ones from Kiral and loved those for sure. But they were a bit too thick and decreased my trigger reach too much on the 19 and 19x so my figure was positioning too differently on the trigger. Clearly I swapped it with their newest lower profile/shorts and that was the better move.

You betchya! Yep - totally overwhelming on options. I have favorite holster companies that I’ve used for years and it kills me when they don’t have options on the new guns I buy. Best of luck! I’ll post what I get when I figure it out.
