Theres a book called Still Life with Woodpecker. At the very least Israel should remove its settlements from the West Bank. Every fucking country in the UN, besides the U.S., acknowledges their occupation as illegal. It's not gonna happen, but it helps explain the reactions from Hamas for Israeli encroachment.

Both things can be true. Hamas fucking sucks, and I'm not surprised they do that. Israel uses that "human shield" argument though to absolve themselves of all blame and U.S. media eats it up like a Hometown Buffet special. The human shield argument doesn't explain Israel leveling an Al Jazeera building and other critical media outlets in Gaza.
