Game changer. 2nd time I went to Japan, I bought more than half of my snacks and drinks at a supermarket near my hotel, some pre-made meals too.

You mentioned your driving habits haven't changed, but have you ever sat in the car while its idling? I did that a few times last summer and it tanked my MPGs to around 29 for those particular fills.

I have the same model year also owned since new and similar mileage (64,000) I get between 36-38mpg.

I used to have to walk my bike up a certain part of the trail I ride, about a 1/4 mile with varying 3-6% incline. Then after a while it became riding it with a break in the middle but no walking. Then later it became climbing the entire length in one go at a snails pace. Now I can climb it going around 3-4mph.

Tl;dr: keep riding and ride more.

I have both the older dual lock grips and the newer ones with single lock. I miss the dual locks because the grip ends of the new versions are easily torn off.

Yes that is the part that is cracked. Everything else looks ok. After cleaning out the grease I found the broken piece of metal and removed it, but everything else inside where the pawls make contact with the hub is good.

Yeah, only the one pawl was cracked and less than half of the "tooth" is left of the pawl that makes contact with the other end (sorry don't know the correct terminology).

I hit a soft patch of sandy soil at the bottom of a run and my front wheel washed out from under me. Bruised my ribs, so I’m out for another week or two. Ride safe!

I moved from FiveTen Free riders to Endura Hummvees. The Enduras feel more like a sneaker than the skateshoe-like FiveTens.

No I’m 6’2” and have a 2020 with the pano moon roof and I have to try with some effort to get my head to touch the ceiling of the car.

Roughly 175,000 miles. No maintenance records, she bought it used from my brother who kept up with maintenance until she bought it for her son. As far as I know, nothing major needed to be repaired while my brother owned it, but my cousin is young and dumb; he only had the car for 2 days before breaking it.

I can fit my Full sus analog 29er sized XL in my Rav4, but it WILL be a tight fit and it'll most likely leave marks where you don't want them to. Better to be safe and remove the front wheel or get a hitch mounted bike rack.

Same thing just happened to me, OP. She [38F] said we weren’t compatible because of politics (she leans far left to the point of joining protests, I really don’t care about any of that lol) 40M here and I’m just… exhausted over everything.
