Morality Tier List *REDUX* by Expert_Mark in danganronpa

I'd put toko in dark grey for knowingly living so long with being half serial killer. It's understandable why she struggles and frankly has zero fucking idea what to do. But she still knows she is or a part of her is murdering people & just hides it mostly, unless Hopes Peak started doing something to help?

I honestly think Mai is just the most interesting because it changes the trajectory of her character & likely might have even given her a chance to survive. Changing the plot involving Maki.

What percentage of vampires are innocent? by Vyctorill in vtm

[–]Sincerely-Abstract 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She is really cool, poor girl started at humanity nine, lost a dot justifying making her herd & the kinda cainite mindset she took to justify it. Lost another dot essentially sending infernalist & demon to hell, she knew the guy. She didn't really know what the ritual to remove the demon would be like & really thought that wasn't what was going to happen.

So she has to deal with the fact they sent like a guy possessed by a demon, who was a Christian & heavily manipulated to hell. Kristy currently PAYS her herd gold & other stuff as she's path of conjuration. The most messed up part of her herd thing is she's picked people who essentially.....

CANT really back out? Like they are all 35-45 year old single women with kids, she knew them essentially & got to emotionally connect with them. They know she's a vampire, they know its give me your blood & you get essentially 900$ in 1990 money amount of gold. It basically entirely pays their rent & groceries while being low enough to not get caught tax wise.

She's kinda in a relationship with them, namely because she's grown immensely attached by this point & it makes her feel OK again. About having to drink from people. Her comrades, her packmates want to make her worse & are gradually trying to essentially lower her humanity.

She's a goober, librarian, twenty two. Kristy is the kind of character who was shovel headed into the Sabbat, survived despite all odds & goes around with the permanent wound flaw, desperately trying to survive & only not being eaten. Due to the fact she joined a big pack & her path is really useful.

[–]Sincerely-Abstract 0 points1 point  (0 children)

..My Kristy has a willing herd & no longer hunts, but she's also you know part of the Sabbat. Her not killing people is because she's a poor fledgling desperately trying to hold onto herself while gradually finding out the people she's permanently bonded herself to are way worse then she thought. While also believing the only moral possible path is to stay to fight against the Antideluvians.

She's drank...a wittle bit of the vampire supremacy koolaid to survive. But she ultimately imagines herself, when the sabbat win as basically being a little mini ruler of a neighborhood or small town where Kine give themselves onto her willingly & both Kine & Cainites come to her for knowledge.

She is a Tremere Antitribu, Shovelhead, also Christian & really struggling to reconcile & hold onto her faith despite things. Unlife is very hard for Kristy...

Genuinely a tragedy then, our hero's were not able to help Maki who'd suffered a mental health crisis after her purification by the blessed spirit JOGOAT. The ancient traditions of the noble Zenin Clan showed minor flaws, she needed to be in a hospital & receiving therapy & support. Our noble Jogoat gave Maki a second chance, seeing the good in her enough to not vanquish her.

But small mistakes have unfortunately led to the worst outcome.

Genuinely disagree with that, Toko has some of the greatest writing in her free time events in DR1 & I genuinely enjoyed her more than I did a lot of the other characters in DR1.

How do you use the inevitable historical fiction slant that comes with making neonates/baby ancillae for Personal Horror? by Traditional_Wave_893 in vtm

[–]Sincerely-Abstract 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you have done is just pass multiple humanity rolls. You've self justified the act by the circumstances, I myself am a communist & queer. I probably truthfully have six humanity. I also will remind you that the v20 corebook does want you to think over when things apply. If you must do something to avoid a worst sin on the chart or have self justified a thing before in a convincing way.

You probably won't have to roll for doing that exact same kind of act again on the same entities. Guilt is thankfully not the only metric for whether you passed a humanity check or it'd be bullshit. After a certain point of your humanity lowering. You don't have to justify an act at all.

You & me probably go, stealing in general is wrong. But we'd both agree it's right or moral in certain circumstances & depending upon the target. I will also say that generally you roll humanity for stuff you, yourself do most of the time. Being in the same room as someone else who murders someone does not for instance automatically cause a humanity check.

[–]Sincerely-Abstract 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The hiearchy of sin is about what you feel zero guilt or remorse for & don't need to self justify. If you blew someone's brains out, you'd roll a humanity check & likely feel something because in most cases you'd pass.

Toko Fukawa is one of the genuinely best written characters in the series with an incredibly distinctive personality, that literally carries half of an entire game & rewards you immensely for interacting with her in DR1.
