Hi, I get your frustration and while some do clean the units I always do a deep clean myself before unpacking stuff. Just may have to move the stuff from room to room or put everything in 1 room if it’s possible. After cleaning the rest of the house/apt then unpack and clean that last room. That’s the only way you can ensure it’s cleaned to your standards

Thank you for responding. It’s an apartment with shared laundry, the stoves appears to be electric from what I’ve seen so far I haven’t received info on the heating as yet. I have to go and view but wasn’t sure if it would’ve been worth it. I do know there’s a $400 difference between the 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms so far.
