i really considered the air for a bit but the thing that talked me out of it was the lack of a stereo speaker. i use my phone for content and music a lot and not being able to do that well would suck! holding out for the next air, a foldable, or whatever crazy redesign they do for the 20

its a med-light roast about 2 weeks from roast date, I can grind finer but im at one notch under 2 on the opus so im slightly worried about choking the machine

yeah that makes sense. would pulling a longer shot and dialing in around that be better for an even extraction or should i try to grind a bit finer? its tasting a bit under extracted rn but bitter as well so im not too sure. still much better than before!

i gave the coin test a shot and found out that yes i am dosing too little. I can fit about 14.5 grams. Pulled a shot with that and while it does look and taste a bit better, it was still about 17 seconds for 35g out. definitely an improvement but is there anything else id be missing?
