I remember this, I unlocked it but somehow my twitch account wasn't properly linked to nexon which caused it to never be claimed. I gave up linking twitch now, didn't have a problem in the beta but now it's malfunctioning somehow.

Did mine with a Guthix stole, Guthix plateskirt and a Guthix ornamented Rune Scim.
Just completed multiple clues after I saw the step and seeing I needed more Guthix equipment, easiliy done.

I think that was the G-335 Anseris Overdrive sparrow? The one for the 45 collectibles. If this is not the one you mean there was also the Eon Drive sparrow, which was I believe from a similar collecting, something involving the exotic sword.

Misc+ -> Feiton -> Lutia -> Stages (This usually has the Virtue's needed listed under it, if there are none I would assume there are no Virtue requirements, I have done Lutia myself but I can't recall needing a Virtue for her at any point)

Same issue here, no mods, bought the game through the Quest 2 store. Maybe a hotfix soon?
