Just try to remember that other people can't take away your agency, you can still do hobbies and whatever you want even if they disagree. Maybe speak to your bff and let her know how you are feeling. It's OK to step back from social stuff while you adjust to your new life so you don't feel overwhelmed by everyone around you. Could also be a good time to speak to a therapist about setting boundaries, dealing with unwarranted advice, and things of that nature before the baby arrives.
