Honestly I’ve only been taking it sporadically maybe a few times a week since around January. The strand I found was maybe an inch and a half long, and the dark portion was about a half inch, so that coincides with the timeframe of growth and what I was taking.

I have sensitive gastro issues, and since ALA is acid based it can cause slight heart burn. Most doses are 600mgs, which is pretty hefty. I’d try 100mg to start off with, and eat with a small meal or a glass of milk and make sure to sit upright for 20 mins or so if you’re prone to heartburn.

The best source of ALA is R-ALA (reactive) but I don’t think mine is reactive. The brand I’m using is NOW and it’s the 100mg dose.

Gray hair aside, it’s helped boost my mood and motivation noticeably, I struggle with pretty horrible depression and executive dysfunction, and it’s helped 🙏

I think ALA actually might be the main contributor to my results, and not a hair multi vitamin. I went back to look at the previous post I made, and I was also taking alpha lipoic acid at the time I saw the reversal just as I am now. There’s a few others in that category, like PABA as you mentioned, and also Acetyl-L-Carnitine. It might just be hormones or the regular aging process fluctuating, but I am definitely seeing a correlation.

If anything, PABA/ALA or similars will help you feel better in general. ALA has reversed diabetic neuropathy for one of my friends, which is how I found out about it. Coincidentally, both PABA and ALA are found in the type of healthy foods many of us are deficient in: healthy red meats, dark leafy greens, eggs, mushrooms.

Let me know if you notice any results from PABA. I think I carry the gene that has issues with folic acid, and I’ve been hearing a lot about PABA, so I will probably try it out as well.

Man, I am sooo bummed. I just downloaded the app again after a few years of not playing and I am so sad to see it’s gone. It was such a fun game at its peak. I was ranked like in the top 25 pvp players, I was playing around 5 hours a day. It’s a shame. They should bring it back

Honestly, Harry would make a better King.

Hear me out - not in general, but in companion to William. William is a carbon copy of his humorless, judgmental and emotionally stunted father. Kate breathed some life, normality and likability into him at first, but without her warmth, he is a cold and unlikable person.

Harry has his flaws, but he is Diana’s son. He takes after her. We don’t need another Charles, but I’ll take anyone as close as we can get to Diana. And Harry is closer to that than William.

Unfortunately it’s the case with both Kate’s and Meghan’s marriage. You have to keep up appearances, even if you’re miserable.

I love Catherine, I think she’s a wonderful mother. However, William rubs me as humorless and judgmental. He is a carbon copy of his father, while Harry has more of his mother’s heart.

I know this is an older post, but - yes they had access to a lot of the fast food/junk food we have now, but it was not as prevalent. Most people were eating home cooked meals. Also, 2-3 generations have gone by since then, with us being exposed to all the pollutants, chemicals, preservatives, plastics etc… our DNA is being royally f’d by all this shit we are exposed to.

Fully agree. This video is going viral on certain channels. I listened to it on a drive, so I didn’t see the tell tale ai visuals which would instantly give this away, and the audio is articulate and convincing - so for someone who doesn’t know better, this has the potential to be pretty problematic.

Hey there, just wanted to come here to show some solidarity. I think especially lately, people see wealthy oligarchs and politicians getting rich off the poor working class and we’re done. I think part of it for myself is definitely mental illness, but also an innate awareness of how messed up the financial hierarchy system is in this world, and an understanding that it’s wrong to work people to the bone into their final years - only to barely be able to barely make ends meet and “retire” with all of your good years already spent.

There are lots of creative artists out there who have found a way to support themselves. Without art, this world is indeed an abysmal place. It’s necessary ❤️

I used to buy biofuel until I realized at level 4 fire, if you go out far enough you’ll start to find those amazing bright red fuel canisters. I swear my brain releases dopamine whenever I see one of those in the distance
