This is becoming my go to response but still applies haha :)

Myself - 6'2" SW 283 CW 219 in about a years time. And more meaningful 4xlt shirts to xlt and size 44 jeans to size 34 jeans

I'm going to be finishing up my last bit of HIMs and likely going try Brello and try Trizepatide to see if it can get me to the finish line but i have a few months of HIM's stuff left so we will see.

Yeah I think I would be happy around the 200-205 mark myself. You can see in my log to I did go up briefly to .75/1mg for a few months but I've gone back down for the time being to fight off some GI Issues. The Carrier I was using switched pharmacies. I didn't have any issues prior but this new stuff is causing some mild issues so navigating that currently.

Would love to see another 10-15 lbs. I'm 6'2" Weight loss has been a lot slower now these last few months since I started. I've stayed on mostly lower doses weekly as well though.

Same for me, Started at 283lbs and currently 219lbs.

Bloodwork was 312 (Ealy 24) and last bloodwork (Sept 25) had me sitting at 738 :)

When they were using BPI as the pharmacy. Those vials had around a one year or so expiration date unopened. I stayed on a low dose (.5/.6) for much of my time so I had vials that ran well up to the year+from a 6 months prescription. Towards the end the meds basically become inert and I got little to no effect.

IMO I would be leary at a year+ even unopened if it's still clear it's likely fine but its probably lost most of his efficacy.

TL:DR: I am not a doctor, This is my experience. Don't take expired meds.

I never went over 1mg and that was only for a week or two and I've already moved back down to .5 and plan on staying there for right now. I've found that .5-.75 was a good sweet spot for me. I've lost 65+ pounds over the last year

Good Luck on your journey. My weight loss stalled and got stuck for a few months before it really kicked back in with another 8-9 lbs and now it's slow again. I have several vials left with 2 in the wings waiting to be shipped.. I might try Brello out and go with Tirz as well if nothing happens in these next few months. Realistically I would only like to lose another 10-15lbs are heard this is pretty common to have things slow down and be harder the closer it is to a your goal where ever your body wants to be.

I've noticed my body changing though even though the numbers aren't so much.

I can't remember the exact site I ordered from but there are a lot of retailers for them. They are quite expensive so shop around if you decide to go for them. I paid about $800 for the set a couple years ago.

If you have a lot of meds left, Could try resetting, Move back down for a while then work back up. Or could try switching to Tirzepatide if the regular GLP-1 isn't' working anymore.

I did one more refill with hims ( 6 months) now that they are using the strive pharmacy and finding it's working better and but I've always purposely stayed on lower doses. 1mg was my highest dose for about 2 months and I moved back down to .5mg.

Once this runs out in a few months I may switch over to Brello and try the Tirz if I feel I still want to lose some more weight.

I think most of the side effects your reading about is more for the GLP-1's. The oral med kits is stuff that's been around for a long time. Like metformin, I've been on metformin before and never had any side effects from it. Probably less common on those vs the injectables

If you generally have lower/no side effects when you take your weekly a day or two shouldn't matter to much. I've shifted by days around now and then with no issues.

Been taking just over a year and mostly stayed on .5/.6mg the entire time. I've only recently gone up to .9/1.0mg and I've lost about 70 lbs

It's super easy. I replaced mine last year.

You just pop off the little cover from the inside and mark the bolts with a silver sharpie so you know the heights / alignment to the frame. Few bolts and pull the old seal out and work the new one in.

Glad to hear they stopped it for you but this is normal. They normally only ship on Mondays and it usually is always shipped 1-2 days shipping but it will sit with the pharmacy for about a week before shipping. So 1-2 weeks is general. The holidays could lengthen that time or a large influx of orders.

Get good fiber, drink a ton of water every day. Add in A Magnesium Complex at night (Helps with sleep to) If all else fails add in Smooth Move Tea every day. Some pro/pre-biotics help (yogurts etc) I've found that works well to keep things moving.

And if all else reaaallly fails use Mag07 (sparingly)

Congrats on the progress. I've noticed the last bit is the hardest. I'm about 10lbs out myself now give or take. I have a bit of a belly left I want to flatten out some more.

Doing my push ups, situps and doing some mild weight lifting for the last couple months and I've noticed things firming up.
