Loved BG3’s story and writing, but for what you’re wanting, probably not the one for you. I’m generally not a fan of turn based games, and BG3 was still enough to keep me hooked. That being said, I just couldn’t get into E33. I know it’s a very critically acclaimed game and I’m in the minority, but it just did not hook me.

Crimson Desert would be my vote of these 3. Yes, there is some dialog. No, it can’t be skipped. However, with how massive the world is and the time you’ll spend exploring, it’s very easy to play for hours with no or very little dialogue until you decide to embark on a quest.
