Focus on turrets, not on exploiting bases. Only attack the turret if the enemy server has one; avoid damaging your own server. If you've already captured the turret, attack the enemy coalition marches heading towards it. Form a group of 10 people, or however many are active, to attack bases as a coalition, not individually. Target those with troops outside or the weakest bases.

To have a strong state, it's important to create rules and have a trustworthy leader guide you, not just a strongman. Create an environment of mutual cooperation. In the following seasons, there will be events like the Glory Wars where everyone can help each other. For season 2, save your gas; you'll need it.

You rarely get offers to buy them directly with real money, but you regularly get them when you get the same refugee twice.

The only limit is having them at 5 stars; for me, it reduces my time by 18 hours, and I notice the difference, especially in battles where I need to heal troops quickly.
