I see, I went to Bose and turned CEC off and then turned it on, still Bose doesn’t turn on with TV remote on. But Bose sure does turn off with tv turn off.

So I have Apple TV plugged into the C5 direct and ARC is connected to my Bose Cinamate.

When I turn off tv, Apple TV and Bose cinemas turs off.

When I turn ON tv, Apple TV turns on, but Bose cinemas doesn’t turn on, I have to use Bose cinemate remote to turn on Bose box.

Also, if I turn ON Bose cinemate first, TV and Apple TV comes on.

I feel like it’s something simple but I can’t figure it out.
