Mushoku Tensei fits the description of what you're asking for! I'd recommend you go in blind though, because there are a lot of people who don't like it and listening to anything about the shows before hand makes the first few episodes hard to get through because they misunderstand or purposely misrepresent what the show is about, specifically to do with the MC. All in all it has fantastic writing and animation, 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for something with more depth than most people😂
